The Future of Clean Energy Is Bright

The future of energy is renewable. The only question is how fast we get there.

Solar and wind are now cheaper than coal and gas in most markets. The cost continues to fall. Battery storage is getting cheaper and more efficient.

New technologies are emerging. Green hydrogen could replace fossil fuels in heavy industry. Advanced nuclear reactors could provide steady carbon free power. Carbon capture could remove CO2 from the atmosphere.

The progress is real. In 2010, solar provided less than one percent of global electricity. Today it is over five percent. Wind is over seven percent. The growth is exponential.

The obstacles are political, not technical. We have the technology to solve climate change. We need the political will to deploy it.

The future is not guaranteed. But it is possible. And it is worth fighting for.
